

Hi, I’m Britanny.
You can expect classes to feature meditation, breathwork, and movements (asanas) that connect you with – well…you!
I invite you to join me in this life-sized classroom as we explore connection to self through presence building, meditation, breath work and resting! I have experience teaching vinyasa, hatha, gentle and restorative yoga.
I know firsthand how yoga can make a difference in your relationship with yourself. I began to learn that maybe twists don’t feel good for me because my belly takes up more space or I’m not able to reach the ground in some postures because my arms are naturally short.
I now know these aren’t failures or bad things about my body thanks to yoga. Every body is different, so of course every posture is experienced differently!
I’m also an ambitious person that can sometimes disconnect from myself as I am rushing to complete the next thing. Often times at the expense of my own body and health. I have come to embrace the value of slowing down and resting to good health. I am still a student – ever exploring how to master the art of rest- but it is this lesson I want to share with you and help you explore.
